Minimum Order

All wholesale purchases require a minimum order of $500.

Freebies & Discounts

  • No additional discounts or coupon codes apply to wholesale orders.
  • Commercial growers may receive up to 10 bulk freebies per order.
  • Retail resellers (online or brick-and-mortar) are not eligible for bulk freebies.
  • Most breeder-specific freebies still apply — see our Promos page for current offers.

Payment Methods

We accept the following payment types:

  • Money Orders
  • Certified Bank Checks
  • Cash
  • Cryptocurrency (Bitcoin)
  • Wire Transfers
  • Credit/Debit Cards (for orders under $5,000; 2.5% processing fee)

We do not accept personal checks, Venmo, PayPal, CashApp, or similar services.
In the “Customer Notes” at checkout, please indicate your payment method.
If paying by wire, we will email you instructions.

Shipping & Tracking

  • Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days after payment is received, often the same day.
  • Orders are shipped Monday through Friday via USPS and are scanned in at the post office before 3 PM.
  • Once scanned by USPS, they provide all tracking updates.
  • USPS delivery estimates are approximate and subject to change or delays.

Tracking Information will be emailed to you directly from Stamps.com once the package is processed.

Shipping Costs

  • Orders between $1,000–$3,000: $20 (Medium Priority Mail box)
  • Orders between $3,001–$5,000: $25 (Large Priority Mail box)
  • Orders over $5,000: Usually require multiple boxes; final charges will be adjusted accordingly.

All packages are shipped discreetly, tracking numbers will be sent to you.

Delivery Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing delivery insurance. If USPS loses a package and no insurance was purchased, we cannot replace it.

Allow 14 business days for delivery before contacting us.
If USPS marks the package as delivered, we must consider it delivered unless USPS confirms otherwise.

If you believe the package was misdelivered:

  1. Contact your local USPS office for a geolocation report.
  2. Request written documentation verifying the error.
  3. Email that documentation to wholesale@neptuneseedbank.com to start a replacement request.

This documentation is required for any replacement consideration.

Privacy Policy

We use your information to:

  • Fulfill and process your order
  • Improve customer service and product offerings
  • Send promotional emails about products and offers
  • Contact you for feedback or surveys
  • Share non-sensitive data with trusted third-party marketing partners

We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

Order Cancellation

  • Money orders and certified bank checks: Cancelled after 7 days if tracking is not provided
  • Credit/debit payments: Cancelled if unpaid after 7 days
  • Wire or crypto payments: Cancelled if not completed within 7 days

Cannabis seeds are sold as souvenirs. They are legal to ship and purchase in the United States under current federal law.

Neptune Seed Bank is not responsible for what customers do with seeds after delivery.
Do not germinate seeds if doing so is illegal in your jurisdiction.
