What are your delivery options?

We offer 4 different delivery options:

  • Standard $10.00 – This is standard shipping, it will usually take anywhere between 5-10 days within the continental USA. A tracking number is automatically emailed once the label is scanned.
  • Discreet $15.00 – This option is double packaged and is shipped priority.  Usually at the destination within 2-3 business days.  A tracking number is automatically emailed once the label is scanned.
  • Signature $20.00 – This option is double packaged, ships priority and requires a signature for delivery.  This option is perfect if the package is being delivered to a high crime area. A tracking number is automatically emailed once the label is scanned.
  • Guaranteed $25.00  -This option is double packaged and is shipped priority.  Usually at the destination within 2-3 business days.  If this package is lost in transit we will reship 100% of the time no questions asked.  A tracking number is automatically emailed once the label is scanned.
  • Flat Rate $50.00 for Clones and Slips – We charge a flat rate for cuts and slips due to the higher ship cost to transport plants. Our clones are held in a different facility in a different state from our seedbank. Ship days are on Mondays therefore; orders for clones may take longer for delivery opposed to seed orders.
Why do certain orders require an ID?

We kindly request that all first-time orders exceeding $500 include an identification that matches the details of the order. Please be assured that for subsequent purchases, you will not be required to resubmit your ID. This measure is in compliance with our banking partner’s regulations, not our own.

Regrettably, seeds are often associated with fraudulent transactions where individuals dispute charges through their banks. To address this, our credit card processor has mandated that we verify identities to match each order. Your personal ID is securely stored on a private server managed by our company, ensuring that it cannot be accessed publicly. We assure you that your ID will not be viewed, shared, or utilized in any manner unless a chargeback or dispute occurs, in which case our bank may require proof of identity to substantiate the legitimacy of the transaction.

While we understand the inconvenience this may cause, this policy is necessary for us to continue accepting credit card payments. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Is there a guaranteed shipping option?

Yes, we do offer a guaranteed shipping option that includes priority dispatch. With this service, we commit to replacing your package should it be lost in transit, as indicated by USPS tracking. Please note that this guarantee does not cover packages that are stolen after delivery. For added security, we also provide a signature delivery option, which we can include in your order upon request. Please let us know if you would like to add this feature to enhance the security of your delivery.

Do you provide International delivery?

Yes, we offer international delivery to most countries. However, there are exceptions for countries under embargo or where penalties for mailing seeds are particularly severe. Is there a guaranteed shipping option for international?

Currently, we do not offer a guaranteed shipping option for international orders. Please note that all international orders are placed at the customer’s own risk. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide replacements, refunds, or warranties for seeds that do not successfully arrive at their destination. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for choosing our services.

Can I combine multiple orders or add onto an existing order?

Yes and we would encourage you to do so! As long as your order has not shipped we can modify, add items, replace items or combine orders.  We will email you the changes and Carbon Copy ourselves on the email so that we have it in writing.

I live in a sketchy neighborhood and packages get stolen

If you live in a bad area where people steal packages, we do offer a signature confirmation option.  There will be a surcharge that will be charged but is extremely worth it.  If your package is stolen there is no way for us to verify it since we can only go off of a USPS tracking number so we cannot replace it.

How soon after my order is paid for is it shipped?

Generally, within 24-48 hours.  If there is a pre-sale then it will take longer but a proper time frame will be expressed to you.

How do I track my order?

You will be emailed a tracking number.  The email will be titled “NSB is sending you a package” Please search your email for any email for that phrase and it will show up.  If not please feel free to email us and we will find it for you.

Will you sell me less seeds than listed on the package?

We are committed to ensuring the authenticity and quality of our seeds, which is why we sell them only in their original breeder packaging. Unfortunately, we are unable to open these packages to sell seeds in quantities smaller than what is listed. This policy helps us maintain the integrity of our products, as neither we nor the breeders can verify the seeds as legitimate once a package is opened. We understand that some other seed banks may offer this service, but we choose to adhere to these standards to provide you with the best possible product. We appreciate your understanding.

I am missing an Item

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by a missing item in your order. To ensure accuracy and transparency in our shipping process, we photograph each order before it is packaged. This photograph includes all items laid out around the shipping address and order number for clear verification.

If you believe an item is missing, please contact us by phone or email with your order number. We will promptly review the photograph of your order. If the missing item is indeed not included in the original shipment, we will send it to you immediately. If the photograph shows that the item was included, we will share the image with you and kindly suggest checking your package again.

What is your returns policy?

Refunds can be made up to the point where they are shipped.  Once they are shipped no refunds or exchanges will be accepted. No exceptions.

How do seeds come?

Seeds come sealed in original breeder packaging.

Do you offer grow advice?

Thank you for your interest in receiving grow advice. While we are happy to offer guidance in certain instances, it’s important to note that there are many methods to growing, and we do not claim to be professional growers. For comprehensive and detailed advice, we recommend exploring the wealth of information available on forums and YouTube channels dedicated to growing. These resources can provide extensive insights and techniques to help you achieve your gardening goals.

I have a problem with my seeds!

My Seeds Didn't Germinate, will you replace them?

We will get in contact with the breeder for replacements.  We don’t offer replacements from our stock in general but 99% of the breeders are happy to accomidate so please do not hesitate to email us with any issues.

Do you offer freebies

Certainly! We include complimentary seeds with every order, regardless of the order size. If you find that your package did not contain these freebies, please do not hesitate to email us to inform us of this oversight. We are here to ensure your complete satisfaction with every aspect of your purchase.
